Cost Structure in respect to Litigation Matters

Fees are payable to an attorney on an hourly rate. At Goldman Schultz, our costs are both reasonable and market related. The exact pricing structure will depend on the nature of the matter, its complexity and the seniority of attorneys assisting in your matter. In addition, any disbursements are debited from a clients account.

It is an enormously common misconception that the "other party" is responsible for the fees payable to your attorney. This is indeed, not the case.

Rather, costs are generally awarded to the successful party against the unsuccessful party. Costs are awarded on a tariff basis and will reimburse a portion of fees paid to the attorney.
